Winery Notes:  This super-dark Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% varietal in composition and 
combines the round softness of lower elevation Cabernet with the structure and forest-born spiciness of the mountain fruit – a perfect fit. Red and black cherries and fruit open in the aroma. The flavors seem to explode across the palate, which are lifted by the natural mountain fruit acidity. These characters dance across the palate where tannins gently 
tantalize the middle yet leave no angularity in the long, seemingly sculpted finish.
