By placing an order you are acknowledging that you are 21 years of age or older.  We are an authorized wine shipper with UPS, and will need a person 21 years or older (with valid Identification) to receive wine and sign.  UPS will attempt 3 times and if there is no one 21 years or older with valid ID then package will be sent back to us.

By placing an order, you authorize Joseph George Wines to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine to you.  It takes 5-9 days working days to ship wine across the country from time of pick-up.  We assume no liability for weather damage.  We make every effort to insure the best conditions for shipping wine, but cannot insure against changes in weather.
